To be most successful in this Lighten Up competition, I really should just eat what my wife eats. She chooses the right portion sizes and her choices are a lot more colorful than mine, meaning that she chooses more veggies, fruits, etc. than I do. I still have a long ways to go but I can definitely do better. Thanks honey for your healthy example!
