My first post didn't seem to show, reposting it to see if this works!

One day down and on the way to achieving the weight and health that I want.  Eating out is perhaps the biggest obstacle as I spend most days networking in my regional offices (various restaurants and meeting places).  Meeting at three restaurants today and should easily ace all three.  If only every day of this challenge were this good!  One of the main reasons I chose Lighten Up is to help me on my path of reaching black belt status with my son.  Happy eating!
