3 pounds lighter from the first week. Doesn't seem like much until I check out how much three lbs weighs holding a weight. I am glad to have that weight off of me! Tournament in Pennsylvania this weekend so perhaps another three lbs can be shed prior to it! The less weight on me, the faster I move right?
