Conference last week and I actually lost two pounds, Monday I was on my feet all day with a shoot with a major movie that is filming in Cleveland right now. A lot of work the rest of the week as well so hoping I continue to lose another couple of pounds before weigh in Saturday!

Tough form but I was awarded a brown belt this week. Very excited because I am at a level I feel I can be proud of. My sparring has seen good results, too. This is partially due to, I feel, the weight I have lost. Another motivator to continue on the weight loss journey in preparation for tournaments this fall.

The next few weeks involve a lot of transitions and business. All positive, of course, but I plan to be intentional about not eating out because of convenience. Or, when we eat out on the road, choosing good options.
